优质护理干预对PICC置管肿瘤患者自我护理能力及并发症的影响 李慧 (商丘市第一人民医院肿瘤一科 河南商丘 476100) [摘要] 目的:探讨优质护理干预对PICC（经外周静脉置人中心静脉导管）置管肿瘤患者自我护理能力及并发症的影响。方法:选择商丘市第一人民医院肿瘤一科自2015年7月-2016年7月间50例PICC置管肿瘤患者为研究对象，随机将其分为对照组及观察组，每组均25例。对照组给予肿瘤科常规护理，观察组应用优质护理干预。比较两组自我护理能力及并发症情况。结果:干预前两组自我护理能力评分方面对比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后观察组自我护理能力评分结果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组PICC置管治疗中并发症的发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 肿瘤PICC置管患者应用优质护理干预，在提高其自我护理能力及降低并发症方面效果显著，提升治疗效果，临床应用价值高。 [关键词] 探讨优质护理干预；PICC置管；自我护理能力；并发症 Effect of high - quality nursing intervention on self - care ability and complication of PICC patients with LI Hui (Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital, Shangqiu, Henan 476100) [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on self-care ability and complication of PICC (central venous catheter via peripheral venous catheter). Methods: Fifty patients with PICC cancers were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group, with 25 cases in each group . The control group was given routine care of oncology department, and the observation group was treated with high quality nursing intervention. The self-care ability and complication of the two groups were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in self-care ability scores between the two groups before intervention (P 0.05). The score of self-care ability of observation group was better than that of control group after intervention (P 0.05) (P 0.05) .Conclusion: There is no significant difference in the incidence of complications between PICC group and control group (P 0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing intervention in the patients with PICC can improve the self - care ability and reduce the complication, and improve the therapeutic effect.
