中国生产性服务业技术效率研究文章编号：1003-6636（2012）03-0031-07；中图分类号：F061.2；文献标识码：A ? 摘 要：采用1993―2004年间的面板数据，利用考虑人力资本的随机前沿分析方法，分析了可能影响中国生产性服务业技术效率的各种因素，得出了技术效率影响因素的非技术效率模型。研究发现，外国直接投资对生产性服务业技术效率的影响极为显著，实现途径是技术外溢和干中学。工业化对生产性服务业的技术效率有较大的影响，反映了中国正处于工业化深化阶段。资本密集度对生产性服务业技术效率提升作用相对较弱。而对技术效率有较大阻碍作用的是财政支出，财政支出占GDP的比重越大，就越阻碍生产性服务业技术效率的提升。其他因素如服务业、对外开放度、市场化程度、城市化水平对生产性服务业技术效率有促进作用，但t参量显著程度较低。研发对生产性服务业技术效率的作用可以忽略不计。 ? 关键词：生产性服务业；技术效率；随机前沿分析；技术外溢；外国直接投资 ?? Abstract： Based on the panel data from 1993 to 2004, the paper studies the factors that affect the technological efficiency of ?China’s? producer service by Stochastic Frontier Analysis with human capital taken into account. The study shows that FDI significantly improves the technological efficiency through technology spillover effect and learning?by?doing. ?Industrialization? has great influence on technological efficiency of producer service, which reflects China is in the stage of deepening industrialization. The effect of capital intensity of the producer service industry on the improvement of ?technical? efficiency is relatively weak. Financial expenditure has negative effect on the technological efficiency of China?s producer service. The larger the proportion of financial expenditure in GDP, the more greatly technological efficiency of producer service is hindered from being improved. Other factors such as service industry, economic opening, ?marketization? degree, and urbanization also improve the technological efficiency, but the “t” parameter is not ?remarkable?. Researches and development have no effect on the technological efficiency of China’s producer service. ?
