急诊快捷护理流程对急性脑卒中患者就诊时间及预后效果的影响 颜博文 (商丘市第一人民医院急诊科留观室 河南商丘 476100) [摘要] 目的 探讨急诊快捷护理流程对急性脑卒中患者就诊时间及预后效果的影响。方法 选取商丘市第一人民医院2014年1-12月期间收治的60例急性脑卒中患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各30例。对照组进行常规的就诊护理程序，观察组实施快捷护理流程治疗。比较两组患者的接诊到确诊的时间、确诊到专科治疗的时间以及预后情况。结果 与对照组相比，观察组患者自接诊到确诊的时间、由确诊到专科治疗的时间均明显较短，差异显著（P＜0.05）；对照组致残率为30.00%，致死率为20.00%，均明显高于观察组的6.67%、0.00%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 与传统的急诊就诊护理程序相比，快捷护理流程可极大的争取抢救时间，减少患者因脑卒中造成的致残致死率，可获得较好的预后，具有较高的临床应用价值。 [关键词] 快捷护理流程；急诊；急性脑卒中；就诊时间；预后效果 Effect of emergency nursing procedure on time and prognosis of acute stroke patients YAN Bo-wen (Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital, Shangqiu, Henan 476100, China) [Abstract] Objective To investigate the emergency care process of acute stroke in patients with treatment time and prognosis of the impact. Methods Sixty patients with acute stroke admitted in Shangqiu First People s Hospital from January to December in 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group of routine care procedures, the observation group to implement fast nursing process treatment. The time of diagnosis, the time of diagnosis and the prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the time from diagnosis to specialist treatment was significantly shorter (P 0.05). The morbidity of the control group was 30.00%, the mortality rate was 20.00%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the observation group (6.67%, 0.00%, P 0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional emergency care procedures, the quick nursing process can greatly save the time of rescue, reduce the mortality caused by stroke and obtain better prognosis. It has high clinical application value.
