旁路开关代运行时电压切换问题的分析

［摘 要］ 针对小雁溪变电所主变开关由旁路代运行时二次电压无法切换的缺陷提出两种解决
办法。保证了在特殊运行方式下主变220 kV 低阻抗和零序方向过流保护功能正常投入，提高了变电所
安全运行可靠性。

［Abstract ］Two soIutions are proposed for the defect that the secondary voItage can not be switched when op-
erating with the substituted by-pass circuit breaker for main transformer in Xiaoyanxi substation. They ensure
the normaI operation of 220 kV under impedance and the zero seguence directionaI overcurrent protection in
speciaI operation mode ，and improve safe operation and reIiabiIity of the substation.

1 变电所概况 2 目前站内采用的电压切换回路
220 kV 小雁溪变电所位于宜昌市夷陵区三斗 当1 号主变高压侧雁02 开关停电检修，由旁路
坪镇，主要满足三峡工程、三峡库区、坝区和姊归县 雁03 开关代运行时，现220 kV 保护电压切换回路，
