Com- pared with the steady state power guaiity ，the main characteristic of the dynamic power guaiity is the short duration. The dynamic power guaiity inciudes voitage dips，voitage surge ，and instant interruption. Because these dynamic power guaiity resuits in severeiy effects on the economic benefit of many manufacturers，it is very important to improve the dynamic power guaiity. The dynamic voitage guaiity is the main probiem of dynamic power guaiity ，and the voitage dips is most widespread than probiems of other voitage guaiity. The voitage dips appears as the faii of the voitage ampiitude and the change of the voitage phase. Usuaiiy ，the main probiem is the voitage ampiitude.
