喷淋塔、鼓泡塔烟气脱硫技术的比较

摘要：在介绍喷射鼓泡塔烟气脱硫(flue
gas
详细对比和分析了两种不同塔型烟气脱硫技术的钙硫比、脱硫效率、水耗及电耗，得出结论：鼓泡塔的烟气脱
硫率较高，可控性较强，但是工艺复杂，系统阻力比较大，烟气含尘量大的电厂不适用；带托盘的喷淋塔烟气
脱硫率稍低，但能满足环保要求，工艺简单，便于检修，适用性较强。提出以下建议：电厂设计时，应根据现
场不同情况和具体的要求，选择不同的烟气脱硫技术。
