双向可控硅不同象限触发方式可靠性探究

摘 要：针对双向可控硅在不同触发象限条件下的触发特性进行了实验研究。考察了可控硅在上述条件下的不
同触发特性，明确了各种象限触发之间的特性差异，并重点通过对上述各种触发情况进行pspice建模。解释了
实验中所观察到的可控硅在不同象限情况下存在触发特性差异的原因。为后续的不同象限触发对于可控硅的使
用可靠性和寿命影响的研究提供了理论和试验依据。
