本科毕业论文 题 目运用工作方法对江西双良集团有限公司生 产现场的优化 学 院 商学院 专 业 工业工程 班 级 12级工业工程1班 学 号 121070210109 学生姓名 贺东旭 指导教师 陈保国 完成日期 西安思源学院教务处制 二〇一 年 月 中文摘要 工作方法研究是根据现有系统的现状来制定一系列方法，在企业现有的技术和人、财、物等能力满足的前提下解决企业中存在的生产效率低，生产成本高等一系列问题的一种工业工程方法。这种技术起源于海外，国内引进该技术较晚故国内技术并不完善。本文就是以江西双良集团有限公司的实际情况，分析了工作研究在此企业的压力容器原材料入库的改善。 本文以江西双良集团有限公司为例，针对其力容器原材料入库效率较低这一严峻问题，运用“5W1H”提问技术“ECRS”四大原则的基础方法来解决江西双良集团有限公司生产现场所存在的问题。通过流程程序来分析问题所存在的问题及原因，来优化企业容器原材料入库的线路图，最后制定出容器原材料入库的标准作业时间，达到增高力容器原材料入库效率，从而使产品生产效率得到提高。 关键字：工作研究 效率改善  Abstract Methods research is according to the current situation of the existing system to develop a series of methods, low production efficiency of enterprises under the premise of enterprise existing technology and human, financial, material and other capabilities to meet the solutions, high production cost, and a series of problems a industrial engineering method. This technology originated from overseas, the domestic introduction of the technology late so the domestic technology is not perfect. This article is to the actual situation of Jiangxi Shuangliang Group Co., Ltd., analyzes the research work in this business pressure container storage of raw materials to improve. Taking Jiangxi Shuangliang Group Co., Ltd., for example, for the pressure vessel raw material storage efficiency is low this serious problem, using 5W1H questioning ECRs four principles based method to solve problem of Jiangxi Shuangliang Group Co., Ltd. the production site. Through the program flow to analyze the problems and the reasons of the existing problems of the, to optimize the container industry raw material storage circuit diagram, finally worked out the container storage of raw materials of standard working time and achieve a higher pressure vessel raw material storage efficiency, so that the production efficiency is improved.
