大学生自我效能感与成就动机的相关研究 摘 要 大学生是社会的中流砥柱,学生自身发展与国家富强密切相关。当代大学生自我效能感低，缺乏自信，性格不稳定,成功动机水平低,情绪化明显，或焦虑踌躇，或信心十足，这对国家发展和学生个人成长势必造成极大的不良影响。因此，要培养更多、更好的综合素质人才，就应不断提高大学生的自我效能感并激励他们的成就动机，为他们今后走向社会打下良好基础。本文通过对在校大学生的自我效能感与成就动机采用问卷调查法进行调查,结果表明自我效能感与成就动机存在密切关系。本次研究，旨在全面了解学生并采取有针对性的措施，为提高大学生人才质量，推进高校素质教育提供理论和实践帮助。 关键词：自我效能感；成就动机；大学生 College Students self-efficacy and achievement motivation of Abstract College students are the mainstay of social.Students’.own development and prosperity of the country is closely related to.
