· 20· 医药论坛杂志 2008年2月 第29卷 第3期 食管癌742例的内镜检查及病理分析 符宝敏，谭红文，库建伟 南阳医学高等专科学校病理教研室 南阳市 473058 摘要 目的 探讨食管癌近年来的发病情况、病理特点及诊断方法。方法 回顾性分析近5年来742例 食管癌的内窥镜检查(简称内镜)及病理资料。结果 742例食管癌中，男545例，女197例，男女之比为2．77：1。 上段癌98例，中段癌478例，下段癌166例。病理类型：鳞癌725例，腺癌15例，小细胞癌2例。结论 近年来 食管癌的发病人数增加，男性发病比女性多。病理仍以鳞癌为主。加强对高危人群的普查和内镜检查，可提高 对食管癌的早期诊断。 关键词 食管癌；内窥镜检查；病理 中图分类号：R735．1 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1672-3422【2008)03-0020-03 Endoscopic and Pathological Analysis of Carcinoma of Esophagus FU Baomin， ⅣHongwen，KU Jianwei Nanyang Medical College，Nanyang 473058，China ABSTRACT Objective To summarize epidemiological feature，pathological characteristics and diagnosis with 742 cases carcinoma of esophagus．Methods Retrospectively analyse endoscopic and pathological interrelated information of 742 cases carcinoma of esophagus within past 5 years．Re- suits Numerical statement of 742 cases carcinoma of esophagus in this study ，the numbers of male patients and female patients are respectively 545 and 1 97(the proportion of male with female is 2．77：1)．The case numbers of the carcinoma at the upper part，the middle part，the lower part of e— sophagus are respectively 98，478，166．The case numbers of squamous cell carcinoma，adenocarcino— ma，small cell carcinoma are respectively 725，1 5，2．Conclusion In recent years，the number of the patients that suffer carcinoma of esophagus is increasing，a large proportion of the patients are male and the diseased age of the patients is older．The squamous cell carcinoma is absolutely predominant in pa— thology．It can improve the early diagnosis of the carcinoma of esophagus that enhancing general survey and esophagoscope examining in high risk group． KEY WORDS Carcinoma of
