实用全科医学2008年3月第6卷第3期 Applied Journal—of General Practice Ma—~h 2008,Vo1．6,No．3 · 257· 【全科临床研究】 重建钢板内固定治疗不稳定骨盆骨折 汪颖峰，俞胜宝，胡四生 【摘 要】 目的 探讨重建钢板手术治疗不稳定骨盆骨折的效果。方法 16例不稳定骨盆骨折患者，均采用手术切开 复位重建钢板内固定。结果 平均随访2年，16例均获复位，优11例，良3例，可2例，优良率为87．5％。骨折愈合，无 感染，疗效优良。结论 重建钢板可有效固定不稳定骨盆骨折，矫正畸形，重建骨盆环，达到恢复骨盆环的解剖和稳定， 控制出血和疼痛，降低骨盆容量，允许患者早期活动，避免长期卧床引起的呼吸道和全身并发症。术前要特别注意合并 症的处理和骨盆骨折内出血。 【关键词】 重建钢板；不稳定骨盆骨折；内固定治疗 【中图分类号】 R683．3 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 1672—1764(2008)03-0257-02 Reconstruction PIate Internal Fixation for the Treatment of Unstable Pelvic Fracture WANG 凡g： 凡g，YU Sheng—bao， HU Si—sheng．Department of Orthopedics，People’s Hospital of Huangshan，Anhui 245000，China 【Abstract】Objective To study the effect of reconstructive plates internal fixation on unstable pelvic fracture by pelvic．Meth- ods 16 cases of unstable pelvic fracture reduction and fixation were carried out with special instruments，pelvic reconstructive plates and screws．Results The average follow—up period was two years．Reduction and heal were satisfactory in all cases，the ex— cellent were l1 cases，the good 3 cases，the common 2 cases，the excellent and good rate of the group was 87．5％．No postopera— tive infection occurred．Satisfactorily reduction was obtained．and good or excellent results were seen in the 16 fracture．Conclu- sions A stable pelvic could be reconstructed，re—established by effect surgical reduction and pelvic reconstructive plates internal fixation．It can reduce blood lOSS and fracture pain．allow patient moved earlier．gain good outcome and less complications．Further— more hemorrhage may be important，treatment of associated injures should take precedence over treatment of the pelvic fracture． 【Key words】 Reconstructive plates；Unstable pelvic fractu
