造价分析体系在电力工程建设中的应用

摘要：近年来，随着城市建设发展、新材料和新设备推广应用、环保和安全要求的提高，使得工程造价逐步攀
升，合理控制工程建设造价越来越重要。提出了从工程建设立项开始。对投资估算、设计概算、施T结算到最
后竣工结算，进行工程造价的全程监控。通过造价分析体系在工程实际中的应用，为采取行之有效的造价控
制措施提供依据。
关键词：电力工程建设、造价分析体系、敏感度分析
