有害物质总迁移量测定方法探讨

2002和我国的 GB SN /T1891. 12007 3 个标准, 对市售的 10 个微 专用食品塑料容器中有害物质的总迁移量
(脂肪类)分别进行检测并按各自标准判定, 结果显示:根据 GB SN/T1891. 12007检测并判定,合格率均为
90%,根据欧盟 EN 1186132002检测并判定, 合格率为 10%分析产生上述情况的原因,指出我国标准存在的局限性,
建议加快采标进程和实施力度图10表 5参 13

Abstract:Th is pap er analyzes the dfif erences bewt een the test m ethods of overall harmf ul m atters m ig ration in f atty f ood
contactw ith p lasticm aterial in Europ ean Union standard s and Ch inese standards. Based on EN 1186132002, GB 9688
1988 and SN/T 1891. 12007 thepaper tested theoverallharmfulmattersmigration of10 speciclmicrowave food containers
sold inmarket respectively. The results showed that: testedw ith Chinese standardGBand SN/T 1891. 12007,
acceptance rateswere 90%, testedwith theEuropean Union EN 1186132002, acceptance ratewas10%. Analyzing the
reasons for the abovementioned conclusion, thepaperpoints out the lmi itations ofourexistingvalid standardsand suggests
