The acid is made by flue gas in Kunpeng copper industry sulfuric acid plant, comparing with the acid plant in the same technological process and scale,its advantages are mainly reflected in many aspects,e.g. ,the progressiveness of equipment, the integrity of instrumentation control and the proficiency of personal operation. Through introducing the application of variousfield instrumentation of Kunpeng plant,the integrity of instrumentation control is expounded emphatically. Aiming at the actual details met in design,model selection and installation,combining with each working procedure,corresponding cautions are given.
