fdf-x标准（Fdf-x standard） Overview of FDF/X standards PDF/X is a subset of PDF, a standardized PDF file format, so it represents both the PDF file format and an application standard. PDF/X standard by CGATS (United States Printing Technology Standards Committee (ANSI), the American National Standards Institute) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) out of common development, its purpose is to make the printing more reliable data exchange. Why do you need PDF/X? In the prepress file format, the PDF file format has cross platform, small files, high output quality, embedded fonts, encrypted files, protection and so on. But in data exchange, the flexibility of PDF file format is too large, and the parameter settings are too many, and it is easy to cause errors, which leads to the loss of fonts and the error of color patterns. In order to further improve the reliability of prepress data exchange, ISO has formulated a unified PDF/X standard to regulate the PDF file format. Using PDF/X standard to establish prepress workflow, data exchange has become more reliable. On the one hand, the compatibility of hardware and software between different vendors based on standards has been improved; on the other hand, the increase of generality based on standard PDF file has greatly promoted the development of digital workflow. Development of PDF/X standards The first release of the PDF/X standard was PDF/X-1:1999 (ANSI/CGATS.12), based on the PDF1.2 version. Formulated by CGATS and ANSI as national standards for the United states. In 2001, ISO developed the standard to international standards - the PDF/X-1 and PDF/X-1a standards (ISO1590-1:2001) and the PDF1.3 version. The difference between PDF/X-1 and PDF/X-1 and PDF/X-1a is that the latter prohibits the use of encryption and OPI (open prepress interfaces) objects. PDF/X-1a is widely adopted, while PDF/X-1 is phased out because of very few applications. In 2002, ISO released the PDF/X-3 standard based on the PODF1.3
