有机认证文件资料清单（） arrange files according to the following sequence number, submit after binding. 第一部分　项目基本情况资料 Section 1: General Information of Programme 营业执照副本复印件（需加盖最新年检章）和组织机构代码证复印件； Copy of business license with annual checked seal and the copy of organization code material; 2. QS证书复印件（适用时）； Copy of food production license of company(if applicable) ; 3. 工厂所在地的行政区域图（市、县或乡的行政图，标明加工厂的位置）； Administrative area map of the factory site (administrative map of city / county / village, please indicate the factory site); 4. 加工厂区平面布局图（包括厂区各建筑物和周围土地利用情况）； Plane layout of processing area (including factory buildings and utilizing situation of surrounding ground ); 5. 加工车间设备位置图； The equipment location plan of processing workshop; 6 .若原料加工前保存在其它公司，应提供双方签署的协议或合同，并提供该仓库的平面图； If raw materials keep in other company before processing, you need to provide agreement or contract signed of two parts, and provide the floor plan of this storage. 7. 加工场所使用证明文件（如为委托加工，提供委托加工合同书）； The documentary evidence of land use of factory (if your products are consigned processing, you should provide consigned processing contract). 8. 本年度加工用水的检测报告（依据GB 5749）； Report of processing water this year(based on GB 5749); 9. 有机产品加工规划（包括对加工环境适宜性的评价，对加工工艺和流程的说明及证明材料，食品添加剂等投入物质的管理制度以及质量保证、标识与追溯体系建立、有机生产加工风险控制措施等）；processing plan of organic products (including the suitability evaluation of the processing environment, instructions and documents of processing technology and processing line, management system of the food additives and quality assurance, identification and traceability system, risk control measures of organic production and processing, etc); 10. 通过其他认证机构的认证（如适用） Certifications by other certification body (if applicable) 要求：Requirements: （1）其他认证机构《认证证书》和《检查报告》复印件； The copy of certificate and the inspection reports; （2）该认证机构提出的不符合项的整改材料； The corrective materials of nonconformities suggested by other certification body; （3）目前在该认证机构的认证情况。 More information about the certifications from other certification
