淬硬零件车削不再困难（Hard turning is no longer difficult.） Hard turning is no longer difficult. Since the middle of 1980s, hardened parts turning as a processing technology has made great progress. The development of machine tool, workpiece material, cutting tool and quenching process, the system makes the turning of hardened workpiece has become an attractive new technology -- all gear factory can easily use this technology. Application of hard car Broadly speaking, hard car is a single point turning on the workpiece hardness more than HRC45, most cases between the machined material hardness is HRC58 ~ 68. Workpiece materials include high hardness alloy steel, tool steel, carburized steel, heat-resistant alloy, nitriding steel after heat treatment and powder metallurgy etc..
