　　立足自身建设构建社区医疗和谐护患关系成因分析 【摘要】本文总结了医院院外门诊立足自身建设构建社区医疗和谐护患关系的经验，指出以加强自身建设为着力点，从以下三方面着手构建社区医疗和谐护患关系：1、以管理促和谐：① 构建愉快的团队气氛，② 重视人文知识的培养，加强护患沟通，③ 将病人满意度作为护理质量的硬指标，④ 让患者和家属成为门诊建设和管理的“参谋”，⑤ 建立协作服务机制，拆除护士与医生、护士与技师之间那道隐形的墙；2、以服务保和谐：① 建立院外门诊病人大型检查预约机制，② 落实“主动护理”措施，尽量避免病人找护士的情况发生，③ 体现人性关怀理念，改善护理治疗环境；3、用真心换和谐：① 不定期举办社区义诊活动，将三甲医院的医疗卫生服务送到家门口；② 定期开展“零利润健康体检服务”，③ 长期开展“延伸治疗”服务，④ 倡导“温暖护理”服务等，争取病人成为和谐医患关系的维护主角之一是构建社区医疗和谐护患关系的主要成因。 【关键词】门诊 和谐 护患关系 成因 分析 【Abstract】 this paper summarizes the hospital outside the hospital outpatient service based on constructing the munity building their oedical harmonious the follounity medical harmonious relationship ote harmony management: (1) building happy team atmosphere, paying more attention to the cultivation of the humanities knounication bers to patients and families bee outpatient service of the construction and management staff , (5) build cooperative service mechanism and dismantle nurses and doctors, nurses and technicians of the invisible onious: (1) establish outside the hospital outpatient appointment mechanism, (2) the big check to carry out the active measures, try to avoid nursing patients to the nurse’s case, (3) reflect human caring idea, improve nursing treatment environment; 3, onious: (1) don’t regularly held the munity yizhen activities, our hospital medical health service delivered to the doorstep; (2) regularly carry out zero profits healthy check-up services, (3) to carry out the extensions long-term treatment service, (4) advocate services, for nursing patients be harmonious doctor-patient relationship maintenance one of leading role is to construct a harmonious relationship betedical munity is the main reason. 【Key ony With the relations Cause analysis 护患关系是指在特定条件下，护理人员通过医疗、护理活动与患者建立起的工作性人际关系[1]。近年来，紧张的医患关系已经成为社会关注的热门话题，医疗纠纷、医闹事件层出不穷，处理医疗纠纷花去了医院大量的时间和精力[2]。如何构建和谐医患关系，成为立院之本，护患关系是医患关系的重要组成部分。我科是我院全资组建的院外门诊部，属医院二级科室，医疗队伍由各临床、医技科室抽调的业务骨干组成，在社区为居民服务了十年，近5年每月病员满意度调查均超过99%，与病人建立了稳定和谐的护患关系。在此对我科立足自身建设构建和谐护患关系的经验做一总结。 1 我国护
