我国中小企业薪酬激励现状与对策研究

内容摘要 激励是企业管理的核心,而薪酬激励又是企业目前普遍采用的一种激励手段。因为薪酬激励是基础,相对于内在激励,企业管理者更容易控制,而且也较容易衡量使用效果。虽然薪酬是企业管理人力资源的有效手段,但由于薪酬会直接影响到员工的工作情绪,使用不好会造成负面影响,所以企业应当非常慎重进行薪酬构建,这也是企业进行薪酬激励的共识。本文首先概述了薪酬激励,分析了薪酬激励的构成、功能、理论基础,重点分析了薪酬激励发展现状,然后以C公司为例分析了薪酬激励中的问题,最后提出了完善对策。 关键词 薪酬;激励;对策 ABSTRACT Incentive is the core of enterprise management, and incentive pay is the enterprise uses generally at present a kind of incentive means. Because the compensation incentive is the foundation, relative to the intrinsic motivation, enterprise management is easier to control, but also more easily measured using effect. Although the salary is the enterprise management of human resources effectively, but because the salary will directly affect the employees, the use of good will have a negative impact, so the enterprise should be very cautious to pay construction, this is the enterprise salary incentive agreement. This paper first outlines the compensation incentive, analyzes the compensation incentive structure, function, basic theory, focuses on the analysis of the compensation incentive development trend, and then to C company as an example to analyze the compensation in question, finally puts forward the countermeasures.
