打造一流的跨国团队(To create a first-class team of multinational)
Lets say you just got the meeting and learned from the meeting that you got the promotion. You have been appointed as the head of a multinational team because the company has merged with another company. Your task is to organize these team members from different cultures from different countries, so as to create a first-class and highly effective transnational team.
