氧化铝原料成分的波动及其控制

摘要：主要研究了氧化铝原料——铝矾土成分的波动情况．以及因为其波动所导致的坯料成
分的波动，是影响产品质量的主要因素之一。针对铝矾土的构成．在配方中的应用以及铝矾土的
化学成分的波动情况和自身因为化学成分波动引起的矿物成分的波动情况作了较深入探讨。为了
控制铝矾土的成分波动所带来的影响．提出了相应的解决措施。并由此提出接近标准的．却没有
达到标准的铝矾土，只要控制得当。是完全可以应用于生产的。
