172例产妇剖宫产术后镇痛泵留置时间探析摘要：目的：观察剖宫产术后使用硬膜外持续式镇痛泵24小时及48小时对排尿情况、镇痛效果及胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法：172例产妇均经硬膜外麻醉镇痛，术毕按照随机原则分为试验组及对照组，其中试验组94人，对照组78人。试验组术后留置镇痛泵24小时，对照组留置48小时。术后随访72小时观察指标包括排尿情况、腹部切口疼痛、胃肠功能恢复、阴道流血量、哺乳次数。结论：剖宫产术后使用镇痛泵24小时及48小时对排尿及腹部切口疼痛影响无明显差异，而将镇痛泵留置时间缩短至术后24小时可明显缩短术后肠排气时间，哺乳次数增加，阴道流血减少，促进产后恢复。 关键词：剖宫产 镇痛泵 留置时间 172 example parturient woman splits the palace to produce the technique to ease the pain pump leaving alone time discussion Chen Bixia Abstract:Objective:After the observation splits the palace to produce the technique to use outside the hard membrane to continue -like analgesia pump 24 hour and 48 hours the influence which to the urination situation,the analgesic effect and the stomach and intestines function restores.Methods:172 example parturient women pass through outside the hard membrane to anaesthetize the analgesia,the technique finish according to the stochastic principle divide into the experimental group and the control group,in which experiment group 94 people,the control group 78 people.After the experimental group technique leaves alone the analgesia pump for 24 hours,the control group leaves alone for 48 hours.After the technique makes a follow-up visit 72 hour observation targets including the urination situation,the abdomen margin ache,the stomach and intestines function restores,the vagina bleeds the quantity,the nursing number of times.Conclusion:After splits the palace to produce the technique to use analgesia pump 24 hour and 48 hours to the urination and the abdomen margin ache influence not obvious difference,but will ease the pain the pump leaving alone time to reduce to the technique latter 24 hours may reduce the technique posterior intestine exhaust time obviously,the nursing number of times increases,the vagina will bleed the reduction,the promotion post-natal restores.
