超声引导下自动穿刺活检技术在颌面部诊断中的* 摘 要目的：探讨超声引导下自动活检技术对颌面进行活检诊断的。方法：选取以口腔颌面入院患者9例，排除麻醉及手术禁忌签署穿刺手术知情同意书，行超声引导下自动穿刺组织学活检。以术后石蜡切片病理的诊断结果作为金标准，同时以良性病变为阴性标准，实验结果采用SPSSl3.0统计软件进行分析，取P0.05有统计学意义，通过分析实验结果检验超声引导下自动穿刺组织活检敏感性特异性。结果：9例患者经超声引导下穿刺共取材针，其中针适合病理组织学诊断，取材成功率为96.1%(196/204)。根据诊断病理学界公认的病理诊断确切度的分级标准，穿刺组织学病理诊断结果符合0级或1级的病例有例，穿刺组织学活检的病理诊断结果与术后石蜡切片病理组织学类型完全一致的病例占93.3％（83/89）。去除因取材等因素导致的例不能明确诊断性病例，将其余例穿刺组织学与术后石蜡切片病理诊断结果对比，Kappa值为0.930，具有高度一致性。以良性病变为阴性标准，例颌面部在超声引导下自动穿刺活检病理诊断准确性、敏感性、特异性分别为93.3％（83/89）、89.8%（44/49）、97.5%（39/40）。结论： 超声引导下穿刺组织学活检是一种安全、快捷、微创、有效的活检手段，可作为关键词：；自动活检枪；活组织检查； 诊断 The of ultrasound guided automatic biopsy technique in the diagnosis of placeholder in deep maxillofacial. Methods: 89 cases of placeholder in maxillofacial and neck patients were selected as objects.The minimum diameter of placeholders is 1.5cm, the maximum diameter is 13cm.
