补肾方联合雄激素及免疫抑制剂治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血疗效的分析及其对EPO、IFN-γ水平影响.pdf

Methods: 39 patients with chronic aplastic anemia were randomly divided into three groups,namely test group Ⅰ,test group Ⅱand control group. Test group Ⅰis a Chinese medicine group(11 cases, including 3 cases of kidney-Yang deficiency,3 cases of kidney-Yin deficiency,5 cases of kidney-Yin and Yang deficiency) was treated with Bushen formula Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ; testing group Ⅱis a Integrated Medicine Group,(12 cases, including 5 cases of kidney-Yang deficiency,3 cases of kidney-Yin deficiency,4 cases of kidney-Yin and Yang deficiency) was treated with Bushen formula Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲcombined with androgen and immunosuppressive agents; the control group is a medicine group, (16 cases) was treated with androgen and immunosuppressive agents.
