On the justification and alienation of disciplinary power of teachers (Academic Journal of education, 09, sixth, Jiangxi Press)
Abstract: in education and teaching activities, the maintenance of order, the pursuit of freedom, and the acquisition of educational interests all contribute to the disciplinary action against students violations. As the trustee of the state and society, teachers, as the leader of education and teaching activities, naturally include disciplinary power in their professional power. The disciplinary right of teachers is a means to protect students from violation, and aims at protecting and educating students. The misconduct of teachers discipline mainly stems from the dissimilation of disciplinary power, not the right of disciplinary punishment.

Biography: Liu Jiping, female, lecturer of School of Educational Sciences, Guangxi Normal University, doctoral candidate of School of education, Beijing Normal University. His main research interests are curriculum and teaching theory, and the basic theory of Education (Beijing 100875).
With all kinds of infringement, students injury events frequent exposure and education people-oriented concept, appreciation education, Happy Education is very high voice, even a no criticism education argument. The view that: Discipline = = abuse of corporal punishment, punishment will lead to the development of malignant events, will bring the students psychological trauma, encourages teachers to students infringement, injuries and so on, so as to give punishment to students, opposition against the punishment power of teachers. So, is the right to discipline teachers justified? Is the occurrence of disciplinary misconduct due to the unreasonable existence of the punishment itself or the dissimilation of the disciplinary power?
