In the meantime, the 3D CAD system, Bentley MicroStation, was integrated with schedule information for the dynamic simulation about resource allocation and construction processes. In this research, the space availability of construction site was considered in relation to scheduling, productivity loss due to path interference, and space constraints. Therefore, the transportation of equipment and working status of labor will be simulated according to the abovementioned factors during construction. The system will calculate the distance of transportation or working and executing time for each equipment and labor. Finally, planner can select the best solution of site layout plan according to the results of simulation, such that the available space can be used more efficiently. In addition, a simple construction project example was used
