Mainly around the implementation of saving fuel gas, steam, electricity and other specific energy-saving technological transformation projects, as well as the effect to launch the elaboration. In addition to the device energy saving problems were analyzed, and put forward the concrete solution measures. Save fuel gas measures: Atmospheric and vacuum - coking heat flow optimization; improve the reforming four in one furnace thermal efficiency optimization; coker gasoline and diesel heat discharging for direct hydrogenation. Measures for saving steam condensed water instead of steam for: 1.0MPa coking large blowing; condensed water instead of 1.0MPa steam for tank temperature maintenance; rational use of redundant 0.35MPa low pressure steam. The main measures for electricity saving: application of motor frequency conversion energy saving technique; sulfur plant tail gas hydrogenation catalyst for low temperature catalyst replacement. After implementation, 2012 1 - September in Tahe refining and chemical integrated energy consumption indicators completed 49.23kgEO/t, than the same period last year dropped 1.31 kgEO/t, 1.27 kgEO/t standards index is superior to headquarters.
