大学生科研创新项目研究报告 项目名称： 北京市殡葬业发展现状及问题研究 项目类型： 一般项目 项目年度： 2011年 项目负责人： 闫妙思（学号：32010022101） 负责人院（系）： 工商管理学院 专业（方向）： 市场营销 项目组成员： 雒京、王驰、冯超伟、余天智 指导教师： 赵冰 副教授 教务处 制 二〇一二年 摘要 北京作为全国的首都，在殡葬领域的发展名列前茅，在最早的火葬改革方面也是全国的榜样。作为中国殡葬业的代表，北京殡葬业也存在着全国殡葬共同面对的问题。现今，北京市的殡葬行业存在着管理模式落后，服务不到位，市场秩序混乱等一系列问题，这使得本应是公益性质的行业“变了质”。然而面对强劲的需求，墓地经营管理者也不得不靠提高墓地价格来控制购买数量。殡葬改革是北京市政府试图改变墓地天价这种局面而做出的努力，然而由于缺乏社会调查与广泛宣传，殡葬改革一直是处于不冷不热的尴尬局面。受“入土为安”思想观念的束缚，市民对海撒、格位葬态度冷漠。本文通过北京墓地陵园调查，北京殡葬价格问题及殡葬改革研究，北京殡葬相关问题民意调查等来研究北京殡葬业发展现状及问题研究。 关键词：北京殡葬、殡葬改革、殡葬价格 Abstract Beijing as the national capital, in the field of thanatology development come out in front, in the earliest funeral reform is also the example.
