建筑工程质量管理及控制探析摘要:作为建筑工程产品的房建工程,由于工期长、投资大、建设地点固定、露天作业受外界环境影响大、施工工序复杂、影响质量的因素多，施工质量较难控制。建筑工程施工质量的好坏与人们的生产生活密切相关，建成后的项目投入使用是否安全可靠，关系到国家和人民的生命、财产安全，施工阶段是形成建筑产品质量的关键环节，所以施工质量管理与控制至关重要。房建工程项目质量管理与控制是一个系统工程，从可行性研究、勘察设计、施工、竣工验收等阶段，都存在质量管理与控制问题。施工阶段的质量管理与控制是建筑工程项目全过程质量控制的核心，施工阶段质量管理与控制手段的有效性，关系到整个工程项目的最终质量能否达到国家规范和项目业主投资的要求，决定建设产品的使用功能、寿命和经济效益。 关键词：建筑工程；质量管理；控制 Abstract: as the fittest engineering construction engineering products, because of long time limit, big investment and construction site fixed, open-air homework by external environment influence, construction process, the influence factors on the quality of the complex, the construction quality is difficult to control.
