探究混凝土路面施工中混凝土质量控制摘要：随着社会的发展，城市的建设越来越快，道路混凝土路面施工也越来越多。混凝土路面由于道路平整，耐磨度高，防尘性好，噪声低等特点而被广泛的在道路施工中推广应用。但是，随着道路交通量的严重超载以及设计、施工、材料等技术的不足，其使用年限远远低于预期的年限，出现了许多问题，对于人们的生活带来很多不便。且后期的维护也成为了很大的一块成本，探究道路混凝土路面施工质量的控制也具有极大的学术和实践意义。 笔者从道路混凝土路面施工工艺，结合自身工作经验，根据经常出现的问题，分析其原因并提出解决之道，旨在对工程建设中混凝土道路施工质量的控制起到一定的积极作用。 关键词：混凝土；道路施工；质量控制 Abstract: with the development of society, the construction of the city more and more quickly, concrete road pavement construction also more and more. Keywords: concrete; Road construction; Quality control 中图分类号：O213.1文献标识码：A 文章编号： 1、道路施工中混凝土路面的质量要求 目前，混凝土在道路施工中的重要性日益显现，而不能满足需求的混凝土道路施工不仅会提高后期的维护成本，对于人们生活、工作都会带来很大的困扰，此外，道路的问题也将会给城市的安全带来一定的隐患。所以，在道路施工中深刻理解道路混凝土路面的质量要求是混凝土道路混凝土质量控制的前提。 （1）路面的承载力要达标，承载力能够抵消压力，防止路面受到破坏； （2）道路路面应具要有较强抗疲劳能力，以延长路边的寿命； （3）路面的高温稳定性； （4）凝土路面的低温抗裂性； （5）混凝土路面的抗滑性能力，决定着路面的行车安全。 2、混凝土道路施工中常出现的问题及原因 2.1混凝土路面裂缝问题 裂缝问题可以分为横向裂缝，纵向裂缝，网状裂缝以及反射裂缝，不同裂缝的形成原因有所不同，但都会对于混凝土道路造成极大的伤害。其主要形成原因可分为以下几个方面： （1）在施工过程中裂缝的结合未做到位； （2）混凝土在选择时对于环境没进行充分的考虑，温度使得其膨胀或冷缩幅度不一致； （3）基层刚性收缩带来的反射裂缝； （4）水渗入导
