However, there is a certain difference between China s financial leasing compared with that of developed countries. On the basis of summarization of financial leasing business from developed countries like the United States, Japan, this paper refines their successful experience and analyzes the disparity on development conditions between China and these developed countries. Then some corresponding policy recommendations are put forward, to play a guiding role in the development of financial leasing in China.
