芜湖市某县中学生艾滋病知识知晓情况分析及干预效果评价 【摘要】目的 了解芜湖市某县中学生对艾滋病知识知晓情况，评价艾滋病防治知识宣传干预活动的效果，为今后在学生群体中开展艾滋病防治工作提供线索。方法 采取分层整群抽样的方法，选取两所中学初二学生作为调查对象，采用自填式匿名调查问卷在干预前进行基线调查，分析中学生艾滋病知识知晓情况，随后进行艾滋病防治知识宣传干预活动，三个月后行2次调查，比较两次调查，评价干预效果。结果 中学生对艾滋病基本知识知晓率水平一般，其中对三大传播途径了解情况总体知晓率在64%左右，而对日常生活中不会传播艾滋病的相关知识认识相对模糊，不同学校、性别之间艾滋病基本知识知晓率的差异有统计学意义，总体男生高于女生，城镇中学高于乡镇中学生。经过艾滋病防治知识宣传干预活动后，学生对艾滋病防治基本知识的知晓率有明显提高。结论 中学生对艾滋病基本知识总体知晓水平一般，对中学生开展艾滋病防治知识的普及和宣传干预活动具有明显的效果，今后干预活动应注重引导学生正确看待艾滋病感染者或病人。 【关键词】中学生；艾滋病；知晓情况；干预效果 Field survey on knowledge about AIDS /HIV and attitudes in the middle school students in Wuhu areas and the effect evaluation of the intervention activities [Abstract] Objective To understand the middle school students in Wuhu city on the AIDS knowledge of AIDS prevention knowledge propaganda, evaluation of the intervention effect, provide clues to the future in the students to carry out AIDS prevention and control work. Results the students the basic knowledge of AIDS awareness rate in general, which of the three routes of transmission rate around 64% in the overall awareness of, and knowledge related to the spread of AIDS in daily life will not know the relative between different schools, sex of basic knowledge of AIDS awareness rate had significant difference, the male is higher than female, urban middle school higher than the township high school students. Through the knowledge of AIDS prevention and advocacy intervention activities, the students the basic knowledge of AIDS awareness rate improved.
