合肥移动营业员工业务培训现状、问题与对策
内容提要
二十一世纪是信息知识爆炸的时代,在这样一个信息化时代里,企业的竞争最终表现为企业内部员工的竞争,企业员工业务知识素质的竞争。因此企业对员工素质和技能的要求非常严格,这种要求在信息行业表现的尤其明显。
移动公司作为通信行业的信息专家,对员工技能和素质的要求非常高。作为移动公司生产部门之一的营业厅,在员工业务知识培训工作上取得了一定的成绩,但也遇到了一定的困难,存在一定的不足之处。
本篇文章主要从培训的含义和培训对企业发展的意义,探讨员工业务知识培训工作的重要性;在员工业务培训工作上,合肥移动公司取得了可人的成绩,但是培训也存在了许多的问题。出现这些问题的原因有公司激励制度方面的,有员工个人思想上的,有培训后勤保障方面的,也有内部培训讲师授课技巧方面的。针对上述问题,笔者从制度上和行动上提出了具体的对策,制定具体的奖励制度、培训内部培训讲师的相关培训技巧、科学评估培训效果以及采取多种方式提高培训内容转化效果。
Abstract
The twenty-first century is the era of information explosion of knowledge in this era of an information-based, end-competitiveness of enterprises for the performance of internal staff competition, the quality of employees knowledge competition. Therefore, business-to-staff quality and skills of very strict requirements, such a request in the information industrys performance is particularly evident.
Mobile communications industry as information specialists, staff skills and the requirements of very high quality. Mobile as one of the productive sectors of the business offices, business knowledge training for employees in the work achieved some results, but have encountered some difficulties, there are some shortcomings.
This article from the main training and training on the meaning of the meaning of enterprise development, business knowledge training staff to explore the importance of the work; in the professional training of staff work, Hefei Mobile has made a graceful performance, but training has existed for many . These problems arise due to the companys incentive systems, personal ideology, training logistics support area as well as in-house training of lecturers teaching techniques.
To address the problem from my system and put forward concrete measures to develop specific incentive system, training of lecturers in-house training relevant skills training, scientific assessment of the effectiveness of training as well as a variety of ways to improve training into effect.
