CJCM 中医临床研究 2013 年第 5 卷 第 16 期 -9- 基于中医临床科研信息一体化平台的 艾滋病年长者四诊信息特点 The four diagnostic information characteristic of older AIDS patients based on the platform of integrate the TCM clinical and scientific research information 1 2 刘战国 刘志斌 （1.上蔡县中医院，河南 上蔡，463800；2.河南中医学院第一附属医院艾滋病临床研究中心，河南 郑州，450000 ） 中图分类号：R512.91 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1674-7860 （2013 ）16-0009-03 证型：AIG 【摘 要】 目的：探讨艾滋病年长者（年龄≥50 岁）中医四诊信息特点，研究其分布规律。方法：通过挖掘分析中医临床科 研信息一体化平台中的艾滋病年长者病例资料，统计患者中医四诊信息分布。结果：共纳入分析 1579 例病例资料。患者中医症状出 现频次超过 10%者依次为乏力、食欲不振、食少、咳嗽、头晕、容易感冒、大便稀溏、四肢困重、发热与消瘦。主要症状涉及脏腑 以“脾（胃）”最多见，“心”、“肺”及“肾”次之。患者舌质以舌淡红、舌淡白及舌质红为主，舌苔以白、薄、黄、腻、厚苔为主； 脉象以细脉、沉和弱脉为主。结论: 艾滋病年长者的中医四诊信息分布有一定特点，需进一步开展对比研究以明确其特征。 【关键词】艾滋病年长者；中医四诊信息；中医临床科研信息一体化平台；舌象；脉象 【Abstract 】 Objective: To investigate the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) four diagnostic information characteristic of older AIDS patients (age ≥50 years), and study the distribution. Methods: To analysis the data of the older AIDS patients’ platform of integrate the TCM clinical and scientific research information. To distribution statistics of four diagnostic information of TCM. Results: The TCM symptom which occurrence rate more than 10% in 1579 cases were that in orderly: fatigue, poor appetite, less food; cough; catch a cold easily, stools xitang, four limbs kunzhong, fever and emaciated. The viscera which related to the symptom were about spleen, then about heart, lung and kindey. The tongues proper of the patients were pink tongue, light white tongue and red tongue. The fur of tongues was white, thin, yellow, greasy and thick. The main pulse presentations were veinlet, sunken
