1422 ChinINosocomiolVol.15No.122005 ·论 著 · 头抱西丁检测耐苯WS西林金黄色葡萄球菌 丁茂文，吴晓燕，李国雄，陈丽珠 (温州医学院附属第五医院，浙江丽水 323000) 摘要:目的 评价头抱西丁纸片扩散试验检测耐苯哩西林金黄色葡萄球菌(ORSA)的临床应用价值。方法 用 头抱西丁和苯哇西林纸片扩散试验、苯哩西林琼脂筛选试验检测临床分离的 186株金黄色葡萄球菌 结果 82株PBP2a阳性金黄色葡萄球菌中，头抱西丁纸片法、苯哇西林纸片法和苯哇西林琼脂筛选法分别检出 ORSA81,77株和 78株;104株PBP2a阴性中，头抱酉丁纸片法全部为阴性，苯哇西林纸片法和苯哇西林琼脂筛 选法阴性为 101株和 103株;以ORSA-乳胶凝集试验结果为参考标准，头抱西丁纸片法、苯哩西林纸片法和苯哩 西林凉脂筛选法检测ORSA的特异性分别为 100%,97.1写和99.0%,敏感性分别为98.8%,93.9%和95.1 结论 头抱西丁纸片扩散试验简便、价廉，不需要特殊的试验条件并能提高测定ORSA常规试验的可靠性，适用 于临床实验室对ORSA的常规检测。 关健词:头抱西丁;乳胶凝集试验，苯哩西林耐药;金黄色葡萄球菌 中圈分类号:R378.11 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1005-4529(2005)12-1422-03 ACefoxitinDiskDiffusionTestforDetectionof Oxacillin-resistantStaphylococcusaureus DINGMao-wen,WUXiao-yon,LIGuo-xiong,CHENLi-zhu (TheFifthHospitalAffiliatedtoWenzhouMedicalCollege,Lishui,Zhejiang323000,China) Abstract:OBJECTIVE To evaluate theclinicalvalue ofcefoxitin disk diffusion method for detection of oxacillin-resistantStaphylococcusaureus(ORSA).ME THODSTotally1865aureusisolatesweredetectedbythe diskdiffusiontestwithcefoxitinoroxacillin,andtheoxacillin-saltagarscreeningtest.ORSAlatexagglutination testwasconsideredasareferencedmethod.RESULTSThepositiveresultsdetectedbycefoxitindiskdiffusion test,oxacillindiskdiffusiontestandoxacillin-saltagarscreeningtestonthe82PBP2apositiveisolateswere81,77 and78,respectively.Allofthe104PBP2anegativeisolateswerenegativebycefoxitindiskdiffusiontest,101and 103isolateswerenegativebyoxacillindiskdiffusiontestandoxacillin-saltagarscreeningtest,respectively.
