经尿道绿激光汽化和经尿道电切治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的疗效比较 　　摘要：目的分析对比经尿道绿激光汽化治疗和经尿道电切治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的临床治疗效果以及相关表现。方法 选取我院2014年2月～2016年2月收治入院的浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者38例，将其随机分为观察组19例和对照组19例，对照组采取经尿道电切术治疗，观察组采取经尿道绿激光汽化术治疗，分析对比两组患者的临床治疗效果以及相关表现。结果 术后3个月随访观察组出现1例复发死亡患者，病死率为5.2%，对照组出现3例患者死亡，病死率为15.2%。两组数据具有显著性差异和统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采取经尿道绿激光汽化术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤具有显著的临床治疗效果，并且对比经尿道电切术，其手术治疗时间和术中出血量等方面无统计学差异，更加适合在临床上针对浅表性膀胱肿瘤的治疗，适合广泛的推广和应用。 　　关键词：经尿道绿激汽化术；经尿道电切术；浅表性膀胱肿瘤 　　Comparison of Therapeutic Effects of Transurethral Laser Vaporization of the Prostate and Transurethral Resection of Superficial Bladder Tumor 　　PANG Liang，JING Zhen，HU Tie-liang，ZHANG Feng-qing 　　（Department of Urology，Tianjin Institute of Occupational Disease Prevention and Control，Tianjin 300011，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and related manifestations of transurethral green laser vaporization and transurethral resection of superficial bladder tumor.Methods 38 patients with superficial bladder cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into observation group（n=19） and control group（n=19）.The control group was treated by transurethral resection.The observation group was treated by transurethral green laser vaporization，and the clinical treatment effect and related performance of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After 3 months of follow-up observation group of 1 cases of recurrent patients died，the mortality rate was 5.2%，the control group of 3 patients died，the mortality rate for the 15.2%，data of the two groups have significant differences and statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Transurethral green laser vaporization in treatment of superficial bladder tumor with clinical effect is remarkable，and the comparison of transurethral resection，no significant difference between the treatment time and bleeding volume，more suitable in clinic for the treatment of superficial bladder tumor， suitable for extensive promotion and application. 　　Key words：Transurethral vapo
