刘民叔先生学术思想撷菁摘 要：刘民叔（1897-1960），名复，四川成都华阳县人，近代著名中医，其生平事迹、学术思想俱载《中医人物词典》、《中医辞海》。刘师幼承庭训，19岁参加四川全省第一届中医考试，名魁榜首。后从学于经学大师廖季平，学术大进。其治学一生先后三变，先在明清，再宗岐黄，迨五十岁后始跳出《内经》圈子，直溯汉魏以上古医，一以古医经为正宗。其所以变者，盖追求真理，日臻完善，是为变也。1926年移居上海，深感西学东渐，中医学术日趋沉沦，乃于1937年创立中国古医学会，旨在发扬古医汤液。行医40余年，精于内科，兼通妇、儿。用药既简而赅，亦奇亦正，疑难大病多投峻利毒药，且剂量逾恒。治杂病以虚实为纲，治实重在攻邪，常施巴豆、甘遂、芫花、水蛭等峻烈之品；补虚重在温阳，每用附桂、乌头、硫磺、砒石等。著有《古医汤液丛书》、《蜀医丛书》、《鲁楼医学丛书》、《神农古本草经三品逸文考》、《考次伊尹汤液经》、《时疫解惑论》、《伤寒论霍乱训解》、《素问痿论释难》、《鲁楼医案》、《华阳医说》及《肿胀编》等。 关键词：刘民叔；古医；汤液；学术思想；中医 中图分类号：R245 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1673-7717（2011）04-0692-04 The Introduction of Mr. LIU Min-shu’s Academic Theories YANG Qiang【sup】1【/sup】, HUANG Jin-qiu【sup】2【/sup】,advisor：BIAN Song-jing【sup】3【/sup】 （Department of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine, Huashan Hospital,Fudan University,Shanghai,200040,China） 收稿日期：2010-12-03 作者简介：杨强（1980-），男，河南开封人，博士研究生，研究方向：中西医结合内分泌代谢疾病和肿瘤的临床及实验研究工作。 Abstract:LIU Min-Shu （1897-1960）, given name Fu, born in Huayang Country of Chengdu, Sichuan Province, was a famous modern Chinese medical doctor, whose life story and academic theories were recorded in books of “Dictionary of Chinese Characters” and “ Ci Hai of Traditional Chinese medicine”. Mr. Liu studied Chinese medicine since child and won the first prize in the first-held Chinese medical examination of Sichuan province in 19-year-old. Then Mr. Liu studied after Mr. Liao Ji-ping who is a famous master of confucianism, Mr. Liu learned and he made so much progress. Mr. Liu’s academic theories were developed by three stages, the first stage study was focused on medicine of Ming and Qing dynasties, and the second was focused on Qi Huang, then out of the sphere of Neijing at his fifties and focused straight back over ancient medicine before Han and Wei dynasties. Finally Mr. Liu made ancient medical theories and books as fundamental principles in his clinical practice.
