卢秉久教授应用气机理论治疗肝病经验(1.南通市肿瘤医院肿瘤内科,江苏 南通 226361; 2.辽宁中医药大学附属医院肝病科,辽宁 沈阳 110032) 摘 要:气是构成人体和维持人体生命活动最基本的物质,运动是气的根本属性,人体之气顺应天地之气而升降出入,中医学以气机升降出入来解释人体的生理活动。人体气机升降出入失其序则脏腑、阴阳、气血、经络发生病变。明辨脏腑气机的升降特性,顺应其规律,合理用药,调和气机,使之升降有度有序,是中医治疗脏腑病变的一个重要原则。卢秉久教授潜心医学二十余载,涉猎群书,临床经验丰富,擅长治疗各种内科杂病,尤对肝病治疗见解独到,辨证用药常中有变,疗效卓著。在肝病的诊断和治疗中,卢师注重气机变化,遣方用药中善以补配消,以塞配通,疏通气机,调理脏腑功能及调畅逆乱之气机,以调畅气机的思想贯穿疾病的治疗始终,辨病、辨证相结合,灵活运用,疗效昭彰。 关键词:卢秉久教授;气机理论;升降出入;治疗经验;慢性肝病? 中图分类号:R249 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1673-7717(2010)04-0698-03 The Experience Summarization of Professor LU Bing?jiu on Treating Liver Disease by the Way of Qi Movement Theory JI Jin?feng?1,LU Bing?jiu?2,ZHENG Shuang?fei?2 (1.Nantong Tumor Hospital, Nantong 226361,Jiangsu, China;2.Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shenyang 110032,Liaoning,China) Abstract:Qi is the most basic material which structures human body and maintains the human body vital activities, movement is the fundamental attribute. The Qi of human body moves according to the qi of nature , and the activity of Qi is used for explaining the physiological activities. The disorder of Qi movement is the pathological basic of Zangfu, Yinyang, Qixue and Jingluo. So it is a very important principle to regulate the activity of qi in treating Zangfu diseases. Professor LU Bing?jiu has been engaged in clinic with great concentration for over 20years, who reads all kinds of medical books and owns abundance clinical experiences. Professor Lu is good at treating all kinds of internal medicine dieases especially liver disease. Professor Lu has particular understanding in treating liver disease , and he can often gain surprising effect using particular prescription combined with natural Bianzhenglunzhi. Professor Lu pays much attention to the changes of Qi movement in diagnosing and treating liver disease. As to the way of treating , regulating the activities of Qi is the most important way. ?
