厦门恒禾七尚项目高层住宅结构体系设计探究[摘要]厦门恒禾七尚住宅项目包含7栋28层高层住宅和24栋多层住宅；本项目于2011年荣获世界经理人杂志评选的亚洲十大超级豪宅第6名。本文重点对项目中的高层住宅结构体系设计进行探究。项目中的高层住宅均为28层，高度约100m，底层框支层结构层高均为7.8m；均带2层地下室。结构体系有2种，包括带剪力墙的框架-核心筒体系及框架-核心筒体系。为配合首层大堂及架空区域的空间要求，L2层设转换梁，将上部结构的部分剪力墙及柱转换为底层的巨型柱；框支框架为12~13m单跨布置。结合抗震规范及高规的要求，作为在地震区结构体系不规则超限高层项目，在结构布置、材料与构件选型、性能化设计，防倒塌分析、弹塑性动力时程分析等方面均体现许多特点与要求。 [关键词]恒禾七尚；结构；单跨转换；巨型柱；不规则超限高层 [abstract] xiamen constant shocks is residential project contains seven 7 ministerial 28 layer high-rise residential and 24 a multilayer residence; This project in 2011 won the world manager selection of the magazine ten Asian sixth super a person of extraordinary powers curtilage. [key words] through seven is grain; Structure; Single span transformation; Giant column; Irregular overrun the top 中图分类号：S611文献标识码：A 文章编号： 工程概况 恒禾七尚项目位于福建省厦门市五缘湾畔，是一个地上总建筑面积15万M2的高级住宅项目，其中包含7栋28层百米高层住宅与24栋多层住宅。本项目由恒禾置地（厦门）股份有限公司开发建设。高层住宅平面均为长方形，具有大面宽小进深的特点，建成后业主可最大范围的欣赏五缘湾海景。本文选取具代表性的1#楼（带剪力墙的框架-核心筒体系）及6#楼（框架-核心筒体系）进行结构设计探究。1
