旺拉格-37味丸对亚急性衰老小鼠自主活动记忆力\游泳耐力\SOD影响摘 要：目的：观察旺拉格-37对D-半乳糖所致小鼠亚急性衰老模型的自主活动、记忆能力、游泳耐力及SOD活性的影响，验证其强身、抗衰老作用。方法：将小鼠按体重随即分为空白对照组、模型组、旺拉格-37、抗衰复春片组。旺拉格-37组以3g/kg、抗衰复春片组0.7g/kg、均0.2mL/10g灌胃给药，模型组与对照组灌胃同体积的蒸馏水，每日1次，连续灌胃45天。给药的同时模型组和给药组小鼠每天颈背部皮下注射5%D-半乳糖，0.5mL/只，连续注射49天。空白对照组皮下注射等量的生理盐水。观察旺拉格-37对D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠自主活动、跳台学习记忆能力及学习记忆遗忘、游泳时间和血清SOD活性的影响。结果：旺拉格-37可使D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠的站立次数和活动次数明显增多，与模型组比较有显著性差异P＜0.05；明显增强学习记忆和延长学习记忆遗忘时间，可使跳台实验潜伏期延长，错误次数减少，与模型组比较P＜0.05；明显延长衰老小鼠游泳时间，与模型组比较P＜0.05；升高血清SOD活性，与模型组比较P＜0.05。结论 旺拉格-37能够改善D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠的多项体征，具有强壮身体、抗疲劳、抗衰老作用。 关键词：旺拉格-37；衰老模型；抗疲劳；抗衰老 中图分类号：R285 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1673-7717（2011）04-0700-03 The Effects of Wanglage-37pill on the Autonomous Activity、Memory Swimming Endurance and SOD of Subacute Aging Mice Burenbatu,HAN Zhi-qiang,Batudeligen,GAO Yu-feng，QING Yu （Affliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for the Nationalities Inner Mongolia,Tongliao 028007,Inner Morgolia,China） Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of Wanglage-37pill on the Autonomous activity、 memory、swimming endurance and SOD of D-GlaN induced Subacute aging mice model ,to validate its physical and anti-aging effects.
