[摘要] 目的: 测定草乌提取物 中乌头碱、新乌头碱 的透 皮速率。方法 : 用改 良F r anz 扩散池法收集草乌提
取物的透皮接受液, 用高效液相色谱法测定其 中乌头碱、新 乌头碱 的透皮速 率。结果 : 在促透剂氮酮和丙二
醇各为 4 % 的条件下, 浓度 为 600 m g/ ml 的 草 乌提取 物 中乌头 碱、新 乌头碱 24 h 的累积渗 透量分别 为
165 .819和 4 87 .747 μg/ cm2 ; 透皮速率常数分别为 18 .391 和 78 .805 μg ·cm - 2 ·h - 1 。结论 : 草 乌提取物 中
乌头碱、新乌头碱在氮酮和丙二醇的促透作用下能较好地透过大 鼠皮肤, 透皮吸收过程符合 H iguchi 方程。

ABSTRACT Obj ective: This study was conducted to evaluate the percutaneous absorption of aconitine and
mesaconit ine in ext racts of Radix Aconitum kusnezoffii . Methods : The ext racts of Radix Aconitum kusnezoffii
were collected by using Franz diffusion cells after permeation through the skin of rats . Then rate constants of
skin permeation of aconitine and mesaconit ine w ere determined by high-performance liquid chromatography
( HPLC) . Results : Under the condition that the concent rations of azone and propy lene gly col were both 4 % ,
the cumulat ive doses of skin permeation ( Q) of mesaconitine and aconitine in the ext racts of Radix Aconi tum
