摘 要 从支出法角度看，一个国家或地区的GDP 通常是由消费、投资、净出口所构成； 因此，经济学上常把这三大需求要素称之为推动国家或地区经济增长的“三驾马车”。 如何实现三大需求之间的相互协调、相互促进，这对保持内蒙古经济又好又快发展和 培育经济持续增长的源动力至关重要。 全文共分为五个部分。第一部分主要介绍了选题背景、研究意义、研究方法和文 献综述等内容；第二部分首先界定了经济增长概念，然后介绍了有关需求与经济增长 关系的三个理论，包括古典经济增长理论、新古典经济增长理论和新经济增长理论； 第三部分从消费、投资、净出口占GDP 的比重，各个要素对经济增长的贡献率和拉动 率三个角度分别测算了三大需求对内蒙古经济增长的贡献；第四部分应用格兰杰因果 关系检验、协整分析以及误差修正模型等方法，构建了三大需求要素对经济增长关系 的长期均衡模型和短期均衡模型，以考察消费、投资、净出口对经济增长的短期作用 和长期作用的差异问题；第五部分在前文的测度分析和实证研究结果的基础上，提出 促进内蒙古三大需求协调发展的对策建议。 关键词：经济增长；消费；投资；净出口 The Empirical Research on the Relationship Between the Three Key Demands and Economic Growth of Inner Mongolia Abstract From the perspective of expenditure approach, GDP of one country or region usually consists of consumption, investment and net export; so the economics often regards these three demand factors as the “three carts” to drive economic growth. How to achieve the mutual coordination and promotion among the three major demands is essential to keep a sound and quick economic development of Inner Mongolia and to nurture source for sustained economic growth. The full text is divided into five parts. The first part makes an introduction on the research background, significance, methods and literature review and so on. The second part firstly defines the economic growth, and then introduces three theories about demand and economic growth, including the classical theory of economic growth, neo-classical economic growth theory and new economic growth theory.
