病理组织脱水机金属标本筐及包埋盒盖清洁方法作者单位：519000 中山大学附属第五医院 通讯作者：郑燕璇 【摘要】 目的 清除脱水机金属标本筐及包埋盒盖上的残留石蜡，保证组织块在脱水机中达到最佳的脱水、浸蜡效果，防止脱水机金属标本筐残留石蜡阻塞管道，致使各种试剂相互污染。方法 将标本筐及包埋盒盖放入烤箱中烘烤，使残留石蜡熔化并吸附在废报纸上，之后取出标本筐用热毛巾擦拭即可。包埋盒盖从烤箱中取出后再用开水煮沸干净。结果 标本筐及包埋盒盖上的残蜡得到彻底清除，省时省力。结论 脱水过程中如何保证各种试剂的纯度，防止各种试剂残液的相互污染，是保证组织块达到理想脱水效果的关键，而对标本筐及包埋盒盖上残蜡的彻底清除就是其中的关键。将标本筐及包埋盒盖放入烤箱中烘烤，勤更换吸附的报纸，最后用热毛巾擦拭及开水煮沸干净。此方法不仅省时省力，简单方便，保证组织块脱水、透明、浸蜡的质量，而且不会造成污染。 【关键词】 烤箱； 脱水机金属标本筐； 包埋盒盖； 清洁方法 Cleaning method of the dryer metal baskets and embedded lid of pathological specimens ZHENG Yan-xuan,WANG Xiao-hong,CAO Wan-wei.The Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University，Zhuhai 519000，China 【Abstract】 Objective To clear dryer baskets and metal specimens embedded wax residue on the lid,to ensure that tissue in the dryer to achieve the best possible dehydration,dipping wax effect,to prevent dehydration machine metal paraffin block specimens of baskets left channel,to make a variety of reagents cross-contamination.Methods Embedded specimens basket lid into the oven baking,melt the wax residue and adsorbed on the waste newspaper,remove the specimen after the basket with a hot towel wipe to.
