肺部多发结节阴影表现社区获得性肺炎临床研究【中图分类号】R 563. 1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672－3783(2011)09－0055－01 【摘要】目的：探讨肺部多发结节阴影表现的社区获得性肺炎（CAP）的影像学特点，以便与其它结节样病灶相鉴别，特别是与肺部转移瘤作出鉴别诊断。方法 收集了6例经临床证实的肺部多发结节阴影表现的CAP患者的病史、治疗前后的胸部CT资料，进行回顾性分析。结果：4例肺部多发结节阴影表现的CAP病例多为年轻患者，无基础疾病，病史特点为急性起病，皆有高热，胸部CT皆表现为多发结节阴影，经抗感染治疗后肺部多发结节阴影明显缩小甚至消失。胸部CT无纵膈淋巴结肿大。结论：肺部多发结节阴影表现的社区获得性肺炎比较少见，过分依赖影像学表现则会误导诊断思维。因此诊断肺炎时，正确的病史采集是正确诊断的关键，抗感染治疗10～14天后影像复查亦是评判诊断是否合理及评估疗效的重要手段。? 【关键词】社区获得性肺炎 多发结节?
