辽宁地区普通级及SPF级SD大鼠血液生化指标检测摘 要：目的：建立本省、本地区实验动物生理指标数据背景资料，为科学研究和新药安全性评价提供准确、可靠、科学的参考依据。方法：普通级、SPF级SD大白鼠（6～8周龄）各60只，雌雄各半，腹主动脉采血，用全自动生化分析仪及配套试剂盒检测血液生化指标。结果：普通级SD大白鼠的ALT、ALP、CHO、CK雌雄之间差异显著(P0.05或P0.01)；SPF级SD大白鼠的ALT、ALP、BUN、CK、GLU、TBIL雌雄之间差异显著(P0.01)；普通级与SPF级SD大白鼠的ALT、ALP、TP、BUN、TBIL、CRE、 CHO、CK、AST、ALB、GLU差异显著(P0.05或P0.01)。结论：本研究的结果证明普通级与SPF级SD大白鼠的血液生化指标差异显著，多数生化指标雌雄之间存在显著差异，为应用提供了有价值的参数。? 关键词：辽宁地区；SD大鼠；血液生化? 中图分类号：R-33 文献标识码：A文章编号： 1673-7717（2008）11-2449-02 Detection of Blood Biochemistry of Conventional? and SPF SD Rats in Liaoning Area ?? Abstract：Objective：To establish the experimental animals background data of the physiological indices in province and area, provide the accurate, reliable, scientific basis for the new medicine non-clinical security evaluation, Provide reference for scientific research and teaching researchers of LiaoNing area. Method：Sixty SD rats (6～8 week age) of ordinary level or SPF level, which female and male is half and half, are picked the blood from the abdominal aorta, examined the blood physiological indices with the blood cell calculating instrument and the self-contained reagent box.Results：There are significant differences in ALT，ALP，CHO，CK of the ordinary level SD rats between female and male（P0.05 orP0.01）. The ALT，ALP，BUN，CK，GLU，TBIL of the SPF level SD rats are observably different between female and male（P0.05 orP0.01）. Comparing the ordinary lever with the SPF level ,the ALT，ALP，TP，BUN，TBIL，CRE， CHO，CK，AST，ALB，GLU have prominent differences（P0.05 orP0.01）.Conclusion： The result of the research approve that the blood physiological indices of ordinary level and SPF level SD rats are remarkably different. no replacing each other. It can provide a certain reference for local ordinary level and SPF level SD rats yet. Key words：Liaoning area; SD rats
