Methods Under acidic condition, the reaction of iodide in mineral water with butanone generated iodine generation of butanone, the ramification was separated by RTX-5 column, and detected by electron capture detector (ECD) with external standard method for quantitation. Results The iodine generation of butanone had a good linear relationship in the range of 0~0.2 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0.9977. The limit of detection was 0.001 mg/L, and the precision was 0.878% (n=6). The recovery rates of samples spiked at 3 levels of 0.02, 0.05 and 0.1 μg were 90.5%~92.8%.
