维普资讯 中国医学影像技术 2006年第 22卷第 1o期 ChinJMedImagingTechnol，2006，V ，olo Noninvasivecoronaryangiographywith 64一slicespiralCT： effectofheartrate I1Ying，YANG Li ，IIUXin，WANGXin—jiang，ZHAOXi—hal (DepartmentofRadiology，GeneralHospitalofPLA，Beijing 100853，China) [Abstract] Objective Toevaluatetheeffectofheartrateonthequalityofcoronaryangiographyperformedby64—-slicespi—- ralCT．M ethods TwohundredsandsixtyconsecutivepatientsunderwentCT coronaryangiography (heartraterange，46～ D 113／min，mean[72．10±12．54]／min)．Fivegroupsweredesignedaccordingtotheheartrate(60，60～69．70～79，80～ 89and 90／min)．Imagequalityofeachsegmentwasgradedwithafour-pointscalefrom one(worstimagequality)tofour D (bestimagequality)．Imagesscoredbetweentwoandfourwereconsideredvaluableforcoronaryarteryassessment；those withascoreof3or4wereexcellentimages．Theheartrate，imagequalityandreconstructionphasewereevaluated C． Results Two thousandsfivehundredsand eight—onesegmentsdiagnosticimageswereavailablefrom 2600 coronary segments (99．26％)，while2306(88．69％)ofthem wereexcellentimages．A significantnegativecorrelationwasobservedbetween heartrateandimagequality (r一 一 0．92)．Significantdifferencesofexcellentimageswereshownbetweenheartratelower andhigherthan70／min(X一44．68，PO．O1)．Reconstructionphaseatmid—diastolic(50~一75 )andend—systolicphase D (25 一45 )yieldedthebestimageswhenheartrateswerelowerandhigherthan80／min，respectively(Y。一98．88，P一 0．000)．Conclusion Diagnosticcoronaryarteryimagescanbeobtaine
