自我效能与技能课程学习成效之相关性与差异性研究以陶艺技能为例

自我效能與技能課程學習成效之相關性與差異性研究: 以陶藝技能為例 李堅萍 國立屏東教育大學視覺藝術學系副教授 摘要 為探究Hutchins(2004)的研究發現「學習者能否透過學習而獲得技能並有效維續技能,學習者的自我效能才是最重要的決定因素」,是否對所有種類的技能都適用,乃以調查研究法,研究:(1)探究自我效能與屬於藝術創作性技能之陶藝創作課程、屬於機具操作性技能之釉藥配製課程學習成效的相關性,(2)比較不同陶藝技能課程學習成效之自我效能的差異性,(3)探究相同學習者學習不同陶藝技能之前後自我效能的相關性。經發展研究工具「技能學習之自我效能調查問卷」,預試與考驗信效度後,追蹤32位修讀陶藝創作課程與釉藥配製課程大學生一年的學習成效,獲取問卷資料後,以相依樣本t檢定與Pearson積差相關統計分析。結論:(1)自我效能與陶藝創作課程之學習成效有顯著正相關,與技能形式無相關;與釉藥配製課程之技能形式有顯著正相關,與學習成效則無相關。(2)相同學習者學習不同種類陶藝技能之自我效能並未有顯著差異。(3)相同學習者學習不同種類陶藝技能之前後自我效能並無相關性。故建議教師應多著力於了解教學對象的自我效能狀態,並研究激發自我效能的策略與驗證成效。 關鍵詞:自我效能,陶藝,技能課程,學習成效 A study of the correlation and difference of self-efficacy and learning outcomes of ceramics skill curriculum Zenpin Lee Associate Professor, Department of Visual Arts, National Pingtung University of Education ABSTRACT Are the findings of the Hutchins(2004) study suitable for all skills? This study use questionnaire investigation to explore: (1) the correlation of self-efficacy and learning outcomes of ceramics skills, (2) the differences of self-efficacy of learning outcomes of ceramics skills, (3) the correlation of the same learners’ self-efficacy in ceramics skills. The study developed “Questionnaire of self-efficacy of skill learning”, and analyzed reliability and validity after pilot test . 32 undergraduates repeat replied the questionnaires, and the data were analyzed with t test and Pearson product-moment correlation. The conclusions are: (1) it is significant correlation between self-efficacy and learning outcomes of ceramics creation curriculum, and it is not significant correlation between self-efficacy and learning outcomes of glaze arrangement curriculum. (2) It has not significant difference in self-efficacy when same learners learned kinds of ceramics skills. (3) It is significant correlation between pre self-efficacy and post self-efficacy when same learners learned kinds of ceramics skills.
