By these teaching strategies and methods, we can most effectively stimulate students′ interest to study immunology, promote the integration of new lecture into the original immunological knowledge, enhance their ability to solve problems by using immunological knowledge freely, expand their scientific thinking capacity and innovation ability, and then achieve excellent teaching objective and better teaching quality on adult education. [Key words] Medical immunology; Teaching strategy; Teaching method; Adult education 成人高等医学教育的方式、方法、途径多种多样，涉及的医学专业相对较多，不同专业之间的课程设置也不完全相同；医学免疫学作为重要的医学基础课程，在所有医学专业中几乎是不可或缺的。因此在针对成人教育进行的医学免疫学教学实践过程中，授课教师更应充分考虑学生的专业特点和学生的个性特征，通过整体教学设计，进一步培养他们发现问题、解决问题的能力。在完成教学目标的基础上，结合临床案例有效激发成人学生对医学免疫学的学习兴趣，拓展其创新思维能力。最大限度地满足成教学生具体工作岗位对免疫学知识储备水平的要求。基于此，笔者对医学免疫学成人教育的特点进行了认真分析，探讨医学免疫学成人教育的教学策略方法，进一步提高成人教育的教学质量。 1 充分认识医学免疫学的学科特点及成人教育教学目标 医学免疫学作为一门现代化的自然科学，在研究机体免疫系统的组成、结构和功能的基础上，通过与其他学科之间更广泛的交叉渗透，在细胞与分子水平建立了更深奥的理论知识体系。近
