两岸服贸协议的现状分析和前景展望 摘要 《海峡两岸服务贸易协议》无论对大陆和台湾而言都是一个非常重要的协议，它的达成对于两岸经济的发展有着深远的影响。协议规定了两岸服务贸易的基本原则、双方的权利义务，未来合作发展方向及相关工作机制等内容。本论文首先对两岸服贸协议的基本内容和两岸开放特点进行了说明，并在此基础上分析了当前两岸的服贸协议签订后受到阻碍的现状；然后阐述了影响我国服贸协议发展的政治、经济和社会因素；最后根据近来两岸关系的发展和政策的变化，陈述了两岸当局和产业界人员对服贸通过的态度和决心。服贸协议本应该是一个经济议题，却因为台湾政党的内部争议转化成了政治矛盾。经济问题的政治化导致服贸协议迟迟不能实施，两岸都错失了经济合作发展先机。但我们发现了服贸协议今后有望在人才领域得到突破和发展。因此，正确处理好政治和、经济和社会的因素能促进服贸协议加速推进，并推动两岸发展。10601 关键词：服贸协议； 现状； 发展 Abstract quot;Cross-Strait Agreement on Trade in Services,quot; in terms of both the mainland and Taiwan is a very important agreement for both sides to reach its economic development has far-reaching impact.
